Yes! You can provide access to the account for an employee, accountant, business partner, etc. by following the steps in the article linked below.

If you would like to restrict access to specific portions of Autobooks for a Sub-Administrator, please contact Autobooks Customer Care before creating the Sub-Administrator account. This will allow us to set up the account with the necessary restrictions in place.
If you send out the invite prior to contacting us, the sub-administrator will have access to everything in the Autobooks account that you have access to.
