From this page, you can view all of the administrators on your Autobooks account.
To provide another user access to your Autobooks account, select the [+Invite administrator] button.
Note: this feature is not provided by all financial institutions. Please contact Autobooks Customer Care for more information.
The Add administrator profile page contains the following fields for a new profile:
- First name*
- Last name*
- Email address*
- Primary phone*
- Address
- City
- State
- Postal code
- Notes
Fields designated with a star are required, the rest are optional.
Note: the email address for a new administrator must be unique to the account, it cannot be an address already in use by another administrator or customer.
Unlike the Primary Administrator (the user that originally signed up for Autobooks), Sub-Administrators log into Autobooks directly, so the login credentials for your business bank account can remain private.
Selecting an administrator from the list will bring up the side menu, where you can edit the information for this administrator or archive the administrator in question.
Note: the Primary Administrator cannot be archived
Note: If you would like to restrict access to specific portions of Autobooks for a Sub-Administrator, please contact Autobooks Customer Care before creating the Sub-Administrator account. This will allow us to set up the account with the necessary restrictions in place.
If you send out the invite prior to contacting us, the sub-administrator will have access to everything in the Autobooks account that you have access to.
