In your application, access support by clicking either the [Need Help?] tab on the side menu, or the
[? Support] button in the lower left-hand corner of every page.

You can type a keyword into the search field to find articles on that topic:
From there, you can also select Contact Us to use the following options:
Request a callback: The next available Customer Care Specialist will be notified that you would like to receive a call at the number provided. Please provide a note to the team with the reason for the request.
Live chat: Live chat with a Customer Care Specialist is available Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
Leave a message: This will allow you to send a message to the team with your question or concern and receive a response via email.
